Director of Enterprise Change Management

Location: Milwaukee, Wisconsin, USA; hybrid work schedule with regular on-site collaboration at the corporate headquarters

What you will do

• Design and implement a scalable global enterprise change management framework, including governance, processes, tools, and adoption metrics.
• Integrate change management practices into project management, HR processes, and operational workflows.
• Develop leadership capability through executive coaching, training, workshops, and an internal change network.
• Lead change management for large-scale enterprise initiatives and partner with sponsors and project teams on impact, readiness, communication, and adoption.
• Define KPIs, evaluate engagement and business outcomes, capture lessons learned, and continuously improve the change methodology.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, HR, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 10 years of progressive experience in organizational change management, enterprise transformation, or leadership development.
• Experience designing and implementing change frameworks in complex or global organizations.
• Strong executive coaching, facilitation, communication, consulting, stakeholder alignment, and analytical skills.
• Deep knowledge of change management principles, methods, tools, organizational behavior, and operations.

Nice to have

• Prosci® or similar change management certification.
• Experience working across cultures, regions, and diverse functional groups.
