Quality Engineer (HVAC)

What you will do

• Support the design and development of HVAC components and systems.
• Perform engineering calculations, technical analyses, laboratory testing, and product validation.
• Create and maintain technical drawings, specifications, reports, and engineering documentation.
• Collaborate with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure design feasibility and product reliability.
• Troubleshoot product and manufacturing issues through data collection and root cause analysis.
• Support product improvements, cost-reduction initiatives, design changes, and continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 0+ years of experience in engineering, product development, manufacturing engineering, or a related technical field.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical engineering principles, thermodynamics, and heat transfer.
• Ability to perform engineering calculations and interpret technical data.
• Ability to read engineering drawings, specifications, and technical documentation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in HVAC, manufacturing, or industrial equipment environments.
• Engineer in Training (EIT) certification.
