Manufacturing Engineering Technician (HVAC)

Location: Groveland, Florida, United States; 100% onsite on the manufacturing floor

Salary: Starting at $25 per hour, plus a monthly bonus based on productivity and profits.

What you will do

• Work hands-on on the DOAS production line and other manufacturing lines.
• Help operate technical equipment and accelerate and organize production activities.
• Troubleshoot electrical and electronic systems and inspect finished products.
• Perform refrigerant charging and recovery, brazing, and product assembly.
• Complete quality and administrative documentation and read engineering drawings, wiring diagrams, and factory orders.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and operational workspace while following safety procedures.

Requirements

• Two-year or four-year technical degree in a mechanically or electrically oriented curriculum.
• Entry-level profile through two years of work experience; internship or hands-on manufacturing experience is preferred.
• Ability to use power and hand tools, electrical testing and measuring equipment, ladders, and forklifts.
• Ability to work standing for 8–10 hours and independently lift 35–50 pounds.
• Universal EPA certification and HVAC experience are beneficial.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check and drug screen; visa sponsorship is not available.
