Electrical Engineer (HVAC)

Location: East Petersburg, Pennsylvania, United States; onsite role

Salary: $65,000–$95,000 annual base salary, negotiable based on experience, plus a monthly productivity and profit-based bonus.

hirify.global is a manufacturer of commercial kitchen ventilation systems and integrated HVAC equipment, including fans, heaters, ductwork, and related systems.

What you will do

• Design, test, and implement electrical systems and products for HVAC equipment.
• Improve product lines using CAD software and hands-on laboratory work.
• Troubleshoot electrical circuits and hardware with multimeters, oscilloscopes, and other tools.
• Install, remove, upgrade, modify, and assemble electrical equipment.
• Analyze feedback from manufacturing plants, service teams, sales, and application engineering to resolve product issues and identify improvements.
• Collaborate with supply chain on component acquisition and with IT on software and background issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering.
• 0–5 years of engineering design and electrical experience.
• Understanding of electrical circuits, PCB design, electrical schematics, safety testing, and agency approval.
• Full working knowledge of AutoCAD and practical familiarity with crimpers, multimeters, connectors, relays, wire gauges and types, and soldering.
• Willingness to travel to manufacturing facilities and job sites as required.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.
