Senior Engineer - Project Engineering (HVACR)

What you will do

• Lead and support cost reduction, sustaining, post-launch, and new product development projects for commercial scroll products.
• Provide technical communication, project milestone updates, and engineering support to internal and external customers and global colleagues.
• Collaborate with research and development, design, advanced manufacturing, marketing, and procurement teams.
• Coordinate prototyping, testing, and product validation activities.
• Identify project risks and execute development and testing plans to mitigate them.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards, quality requirements, and regulations while communicating effectively across the organization.

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering Technology, or an equivalent field.
• Strong understanding of thermodynamics and heat transfer.
• Strong critical thinking, structured problem-solving, analytical, communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment and make sound engineering decisions quickly.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience is preferred, including experience in new product development, quality, sustainability, lifecycle, or product support.
• HVAC or a related industry experience is preferred.
