Senior Manager, Supply Chain & Customer Operations

Location: Georgetown, Texas, United States; onsite, full-time

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end supply chain planning across demand, supply, inventory, and fulfillment for hyperscale customer programs.
• Own forecasting, customer commitments, scenario modeling, executive forecast alignment, inventory optimization, allocation management, and supply continuity.
• Lead NPI planning, including material readiness, build planning, ramp execution, and transition to mass production.
• Serve as the primary operational interface for hyperscale customers, managing forecast reviews, backlogs, supply allocation, escalations, and business reviews.
• Coordinate customer launches, datacenter deployments, engineering changes, and cross-functional governance.
• Lead and develop the supply chain and customer operations team while driving KPI reporting, process standardization, analytics, automation, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in supply chain planning, customer operations, or operations management within technology or hyperscale industries.
• Experience supporting NPI programs, high-volume operations, and hyperscale customers.
• Strong analytical, forecasting, inventory management, and operational planning capabilities.
• Proven ability to manage complexity and collaborate across global cross-functional teams.

Nice to have

• Direct supply chain or customer operations experience in the hyperscale industry.
• Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems such as SAP.
• APICS, CPIM, or CSCP certification.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, or SQL.
