Logistics Inbound Manager

Location: Alpharetta, Georgia, United States; international and domestic travel up to 50% required

What you will do

• Lead and optimize the end-to-end logistics process from Mexico factory or China origin through final customers.
• Collect, analyze, and interpret transportation, warehousing, inventory, and distribution data.
• Monitor shipments to ensure timely delivery and proper condition of goods.
• Collaborate with procurement, operations, and customer service to improve supply chain performance.
• Develop, maintain, and report logistics KPIs, identifying deviations and corrective actions.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities, evaluate vendors and logistics costs, negotiate contracts, and reduce overall expenses.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant logistics or supply chain experience, including work with international suppliers and carriers.
• Experience managing international shipments, carriers, orders, and cost analysis across the full end-to-end process.
• Ability to lead carrier bidding processes, monitor operations regularly, and troubleshoot issues with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and Lookup functions, and PowerPoint.
• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and willingness to travel internationally and domestically up to 50%.

Nice to have

• Bilingual English and Chinese (Mandarin) or Spanish skills.
• Electronics logistics experience.
• Experience with SAP, TMS, or other logistics software.
