What you will do

• Lead daily operations and performance for the PL Select team.
• Set KPIs and improve workflows for speed, quality, consistency, and compliance.
• Coach team members, coordinate onboarding and training, and provide performance feedback.
• Manage a reduced book of business while maintaining client relationships and service quality.
• Collaborate with regional and national leaders, carriers, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate system documentation and use operational data to support service delivery.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of personal lines experience.
• Required P&C Insurance License.
• Client-facing experience at an insurance company or brokerage.
• Proven ability to lead a growing team in a fast-paced, growth-focused organization.
• Ability to collaborate across regional and enterprise-wide business practices.
• BA/BS preferred.
