Operations Manager – Business Insurance

Location: Hybrid work in the United States

Salary: $64,700–$120,400 base salary annually, plus potential performance-based incentives

What you will do

• Lead and supervise the Business Insurance service team.
• Support retention, development, onboarding, and training of employees.
• Execute departmental objectives in alignment with business strategies and goals.
• Assist department managers with developing and auditing processes and procedures.
• Manage change and maintain effective relationships with management and peers.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or 7 years of insurance experience.
• Knowledge of business insurance lines from a sales, service, or underwriting perspective.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including public speaking.
• Experience managing change in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a high sense of urgency.
