Advisor Services Team Leader (Financial Services)

Location: Hybrid work schedule near the Phoenix, AZ or Chicago, IL offices; candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

Base salary: $75,000–$85,000 per year, plus eligible variable incentive compensation and benefits.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations for an Advisor Services team supporting financial advisors with client and account setup and account change requests.
• Coach, mentor, train, and develop associates while promoting ownership, accountability, engagement, and high performance.
• Manage service levels, KPIs, scorecards, performance coaching, and flexible phone-queue coverage.
• Evaluate processes, identify improvement opportunities, and lead implementation of new services and operational solutions.
• Manage escalations and help resolve negative client experiences while building relationships with advisors and sales teams.
• Collaborate with Process Excellence, Operations, Service, and other departments on initiatives, launches, and action plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• At least 5 years of experience in the financial services industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills and sound judgment in evaluating situations and making decisions.
• Minimum Series 6 securities license.
• Ability to travel between geographical locations and work varying schedules based on department needs.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
