Wholesale Account Services Specialist

Location: North Bergen, New Jersey, USA; hybrid schedule with onsite attendance Tuesday–Thursday, 8:00am–5:00pm ET

Base pay: $60,000–$70,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage assigned wholesale accounts and provide timely service to internal and external customer contacts.
• Maintain orders in SAP from order receipt through shipment, including order status, changes, allocations, pricing, and scheduled ship dates.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Distribution, Finance, Accounts Receivable, warehouses, and wholesale customers to resolve service, allocation, routing, and logistics issues.
• Monitor shipment flow, fill rates, delivery calendars, and weekly risks to protect revenue and profitability.
• Provide post-shipment support, including shipping documents, order status reports, proof of delivery, return authorizations, and claims research.
• Develop standard operating procedures and lead continuous improvement initiatives supporting service-level agreements.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in order management, customer service, sales operations, or a wholesale/retail environment.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills with high attention to detail.
• Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel.
• Experience working with multiple systems to analyze and act on business data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently and collaboratively, proactively identify issues, and implement solutions.
• Strong accountability, ownership, and self-motivation.

Nice to have

• Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of credit control processes and logistics or supply chain operations.
• Experience with international wholesale management or logistics.
• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree.
