Operations Analyst, Sales Operations

Location: Hybrid in Ewing, New Jersey, USA, with in-person attendance on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays and remote work on Mondays and Fridays.

Salary: $59,400–$84,500 base salary per year, plus bonus eligibility.

What you will do

• Oversee sales operations initiatives for assigned global regions, including master data, customer and vendor support, product portfolio management, training, reporting, and analytics.
• Coordinate indirect vendor payments by creating purchase order requisitions in SAP and completing goods receipts for accounts payable processing.
• Maintain customer price lists and manage regional pricing documentation, including Pricing Appraisal Forms and SKU/Price Amendment Forms.
• Coordinate SKU transitions affecting pending orders with the Customer Fulfillment team.
• Maintain regional resources in Salesforce and support reporting and analytics using Power BI and Salesforce.
• Lead refresher training and contribute to continuous process improvement across regional teams.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree.
• 2+ years of experience in a related field such as marketing, sales, or international business management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Power BI, and working knowledge of SAP applications.
• Strong oral and written communication skills, attention to detail, multitasking ability, and capacity to work independently under tight deadlines.
• Ability to collaborate empathetically with global business partners who often use English as a second language.
• Availability for up to 10% domestic and international travel.
