Balancing Coordinator (HVAC)

What you will do

• Act as the liaison between the outside sales team, sales management, and internal customer care.
• Respond professionally to balancing- and order-related inquiries.
• Prepare and issue standard, special, and priced-on-application product quotations according to pricing guidelines.
• Use the Koil Kit Configurator and KK tool for quoting.
• Complete quote, order-entry, order-maintenance, and service-related activities accurately and on time.
• Coordinate project delivery requirements using project management and basic expediting skills, including product substitution or escalation to Customer Satisfaction.

Requirements

• Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, Access, and Project.
• Demonstrated technical aptitude and strong attention to detail.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Patient, professional, courteous, reliable, self-motivated, and able to multitask effectively.
• Flexible schedule and willingness to work occasional overtime.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree.
• Visual Basic experience and understanding.
• Project management skills.
