Commercial Lines Account Manager (Insurance)

What you will do

• Service commercial insurance accounts, including quotes, policy issuance, ID cards, endorsements, certificates, renewals, correspondence, and follow-up.
• Respond to client inquiries and company requests, provide claims support, and collect renewal information.
• Support insurance marketing and sales and develop coverage strategies and plans when needed.
• Review policies and endorsements for accuracy and maintain client records and activity documentation in Applied Systems/EPIC.
• Coordinate with Producers and other departments to provide information and identify potential account issues.
• Maintain knowledge of underwriting requirements, policy provisions, industry trends, insurance skills, and license compliance.

Requirements

• Active Property & Casualty license required.
• On-site presence required to support collaboration, team leadership, and cross-functional partnership.
• At least two years of commercial lines experience.
• High school diploma required.
• Strong organizational, communication, people, reasoning, and mathematical skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel, plus the ability to apply insurance principles in daily work.

Nice to have

• Experience with Applied Systems/EPIC.
• CPCU qualification or completion of specialized training courses.
