Assembly & Test Technician (Semiconductor)

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas, United States; onsite. Shift FB C runs Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and every other Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.

What you will do

• Perform precision assembly of miniature electronic and electro-mechanical components using microscopes and specialized tools.
• Build probe cards, assemblies, and sub-assemblies according to drawings, work instructions, and SOPs.
• Conduct functional and parametric testing, visual inspections, and dimensional measurements.
• Document defects, non-conformances, production data, test results, and process deviations.
• Troubleshoot issues, support failure analysis and yield investigations, and recommend corrective actions.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Quality teams on production targets and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of related experience in precision assembly or semiconductor manufacturing.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and work instructions.
• Experience with test equipment, measurement tools, and inspection techniques.
• Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, attention to detail, and manual dexterity.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.
• Ability to follow cleanroom, ESD, PPE, contamination-control, safety, and environmental protocols.
