What you will do

• Perform repair and maintenance activities for engineer tooling and equipment.
• Restore tools to full functional condition while maintaining high quality standards.
• Coordinate calibration and certification activities with third-party providers.
• Maintain accurate repair logs, documentation, and inventory records in ERP systems.
• Participate in Kaizen and continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with ISO standards and internal process requirements.

Requirements

• Must be work authorized in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• High School Diploma required; technical degree or vocational training preferred.
• 1–2 years of relevant hands-on technical, repair, or maintenance experience.
• Ability to work onsite in a warehouse and cleanroom environment in Hutto, TX.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and experience with ERP systems like SAP.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems.
• Knowledge of supply chain operations or logistics.
• Previous experience with hirify.global equipment.
