What you will do

• Test, troubleshoot, and repair PCBAs, modules, oscillators, and electronic assemblies.
• Diagnose electro-mechanical systems at the component and circuit level.
• Analyze frequency stability, phase noise, waveform, amplitude, power consumption, and circuit performance.
• Perform functional, environmental, performance, tuning, alignment, and calibration testing using advanced electronic test equipment.
• Verify products against engineering specifications, test procedures, and customer requirements.
• Document failures and corrective actions, support root-cause analysis, and collaborate with Engineering, Production, and Quality to improve reliability.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in electronic testing, troubleshooting, and assembly, or 10+ years of relevant experience in lieu of an associate degree.
• Associate degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong knowledge of circuit theory, analog electronics, RF principles, and oscillator operation.
• Component- and circuit-level troubleshooting skills and experience with standard and advanced electronic test equipment.
• Ability to read schematics, PCB layouts, wiring diagrams, assembly drawings, work instructions, and test specifications.
• Must provide proof of US citizenship, permanent US residency, or protected-individual status under US export-control requirements.

Nice to have

• RF testing, frequency stability, phase noise, and signal integrity experience.
• Soldering, rework, electronic assembly, and IPC workmanship experience.
• Experience with prototype builds, temperature testing, environmental stress screening, burn-in testing, and production troubleshooting.
• Ability to identify trends and recommend process improvements using test data.
