Master Technician - Facilities Electrician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Chandler, Arizona, United States; onsite at a semiconductor manufacturing facility

What you will do

• Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair electrical systems and equipment across the semiconductor facility.
• Support facility infrastructure, production equipment, tool installations, equipment hookups, and construction projects.
• Maintain power distribution, lighting, motor controls, transformers, switchgear, control circuits, conduit, cable trays, wiring, panels, and electrical equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance using electrical testing instruments, hand tools, lifts, ladders, and computerized maintenance management systems.
• Collaborate with mechanical, facilities, and engineering teams while following cleanroom and industrial safety procedures.
• Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, local building codes, environmental requirements, and company standards.

Requirements

• 15+ years of commercial, industrial, or semiconductor electrical experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, diagnostic, mechanical aptitude, and industrial equipment skills.
• Ability to read electrical drawings, schematics, and construction plans.
• Experience with electrical testing equipment, power tools, hand tools, conduit, cable trays, wiring, panels, and electrical equipment.
• Ability to follow Lockout/Tagout, electrical safety, and cleanroom protocols.
• Ability to work from ladders, lifts, and elevated platforms and perform physical work including lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 50 pounds.

Nice to have

• Semiconductor manufacturing facility and tool installation experience.
• Knowledge of PLCs, automation systems, and industrial controls.
• Cleanroom experience and familiarity with medium-voltage power systems and critical facility infrastructure.
