CW - Manufacturing Technician II (T2) (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Austin, Texas, United States; onsite cleanroom work required

Salary: $20.00–$27.50 per hour

What you will do

• Build, repair, and test electrical, electro-mechanical, vacuum, and pneumatic assemblies, subassemblies, and components.
• Perform electro-mechanical assembly, troubleshooting, repairs, and error correction using work orders, schematics, wiring diagrams, and parts lists.
• Use test fixtures, electronic measurement equipment, leak detectors, and vacuum pumps to test assemblies and components.
• Enter progress, labor, and work expense data into computer systems and complete required documentation.
• Receive and inspect parts, audit availability, identify defects, and maintain finished work quality.
• Follow safety and security procedures and contribute to process troubleshooting and improvement.

Requirements

• Analytical skills and the ability to apply scientific methods to routine manufacturing activities.
• Ability to recognize and resolve typical problems using established procedures or scientific methods.
• Ability to communicate information effectively with colleagues and integrated teams.
• Ability to work onsite in a cleanroom environment in Austin, Texas.
• Ability to follow safety standards, operating instructions, and required health and safety practices.
