Master Scheduler (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore, SGP; onsite role with 10% travel. Relocation is not eligible.

What you will do

• Maintain master scheduling and slotting reports, establish process measurements, and report operational metrics.
• Analyze capacity constraints, manage order pull-ins and push-outs, and use Rapid Response for scenario planning.
• Create and manage product milestone and NPI routings, coordinate routing alignment with engineering and manufacturing, and drive cycle-time reduction.
• Initiate and validate MRP demand, research engineering change orders, adjust planning bills, and resolve data integrity issues.
• Coordinate SAP order setup, slotting meetings, schedule transitions, build plans, forecasts, and sourcing strategies across plants and business groups.
• Lead supply reviews by analyzing safety stock, overplan material, demand signals, and use-up options for suppliers, planners, and buyers.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in master scheduling or a related supply-chain discipline.
• Experience solving complex problems through analysis of multiple information sources and exercising sound judgment.
• Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, explain difficult information, and build consensus.
• Knowledge of business processes, best practices, and integration with related disciplines.
• Ability to support colleagues with less experience and lead small projects.
• Availability to work onsite in Singapore and travel approximately 10% of the time.
