Agent - Distribution Services

What you will do

• Support the Supervisor in growing distribution products and services and collaborating with the wider network.
• Manage daily customer account operations, including order processing, documentation, shipping coordination, filing, and report management.
• Prepare and dispatch customer invoices and billing on time.
• Handle customer feedback, requests, and complaints, escalating issues when needed.
• Maintain accurate inventory, order, account, and procedure records in company systems.
• Collect KPI data and support operational reporting and process improvements.

Requirements

• Minimum tertiary education and two years of related work experience.
• Currently residing in Singapore with a valid Singapore work pass.
• Bilingual communication ability, excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work proactively and independently in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Familiarity with customer ERP systems such as Oracle or SAP is applicable.
