Senior Planner / Planner (Electronics Manufacturing)

Location: Singapore or Johor Bahru, with a hybrid work arrangement and occasional day trips to Singapore

What you will do

• Plan the supply of hirify.global hardware products.
• Convert demand forecasts into manufacturing plans and allocate demand to contract manufacturers.
• Monitor weekly contract manufacturer supply commitments against purchase orders.
• Process material requirements planning for electronic components and manage purchase orders.
• Oversee the Singapore electronic component 3PL warehouse and direct fulfillment of contract manufacturer orders.
• Manage monthly inventory reporting, financial projections, and quarterly physical inventory counts.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in planning, operations, or manufacturing accounting within high-volume electronics manufacturing.
• Superior expertise in Excel and strong data analysis skills.
• Proven experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
• Strong command of material requirements planning processes.
• Based in Singapore or Johor Bahru.
• Fluent written and spoken English required.
