Senior Analyst Planning and Inventory

Location: On-site in Singapore at the hirify.global manufacturing site

What you will do

• Develop and maintain inventory forecasts aligned with production schedules and customer demand.
• Drive actions to achieve inventory turn targets and improve plantwide inventory management across Medical, Applied, and Optics segments.
• Ensure inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits, and manage excess and obsolete inventory with Supply Chain.
• Partner with Product and Project Management on Phase-In Phase-Out planning and execution.
• Lead digitalization and process improvement initiatives using lean and automation tools.
• Analyze fill rate, stock accuracy, and ageing metrics and present actionable monthly and quarterly insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in inventory planning or supply chain, preferably in manufacturing or high-tech environments.
• Proficiency with ERP systems such as SAP, advanced Excel, and inventory planning tools.
• Experience with digitalization projects and data analytics platforms.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
