Senior Manager, Master Planner/Scheduler (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own the factory master production schedule and integrated demand plan, aligning customer commitments, revenue targets, capacity, and material availability.
• Lead cross-functional planning decisions across multiple product lines, balancing delivery performance, inventory investment, manufacturing constraints, and business priorities.
• Build and develop a high-performing planning and production-control organization.
• Improve on-time delivery, schedule attainment, manufacturing cycle time, inventory health, and planning accuracy.
• Lead new-product and product-transition planning while minimizing operational and financial risk.
• Strengthen planning systems, master data, reporting visibility, process governance, and long-range supply planning with global operations, procurement, logistics, manufacturing, finance, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business, Operations Management, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in supply chain planning, production control, master scheduling, or manufacturing planning.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing professional planning or production-control teams.
• Experience with master production scheduling and sales-and-operations planning in semiconductor, capital-equipment, aerospace, or similarly complex manufacturing.
• Experience using enterprise resource planning and material-requirements planning systems.
• Strong knowledge of capacity planning, inventory optimization, production control, supply-demand balancing, planning-system improvement, and operational transformation.
