Senior Manager, Technology and Business Strategy

Location: On site in Austin, TX or Southlake, TX; applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Salary: USD $112,300–$185,000 per year, plus bonus or incentive opportunities.

What you will do

• Partner with Technology Services senior leadership, including CIO and CTO organizations, to shape technology strategy and priorities.
• Lead complex, enterprise-level initiatives from ideation through execution, including problem framing, analysis, business cases, and recommendations.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, technology investments, and operating models.
• Translate complex business and technology information into clear recommendations for executives, Board-level stakeholders, and regulatory audiences.
• Lead cross-functional teams, facilitate working sessions, and drive alignment across business and technology groups.
• Manage and mentor a team of 1–3 junior members through coaching and consultative leadership.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, technology strategy, product management, or a related strategic function.
• Experience leading strategic initiatives, developing business cases, influencing senior stakeholders, and managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical thinking, business acumen, written and verbal communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to make decisions in ambiguous environments and build collaborative relationships across business and technology teams.
• Current authorization to work full-time in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• 7+ years of experience in consulting, technology strategy, product strategy, or corporate strategy.
• Financial services, wealth management, asset management, brokerage, or investment advisory experience.
• Knowledge of Agile delivery, DevOps, cloud platforms, application modernization, technology operating models, cybersecurity, data, or digital transformation.
• Experience with market research, competitive analysis, technology trend assessments, vendor evaluations, OKRs, or executive and regulatory communications.
• Experience with Tableau, SQL, Alteryx, data visualization, analytics, or reporting tools.
