What you will do

• Design and implement Global Business Services and target operating models across Finance, HR, IT, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Customer Operations.
• Assess organizational and process maturity and develop transformation roadmaps aligned with enterprise strategy and business outcomes.
• Lead large-scale transformation programs involving automation, analytics, AI, RPA, and intelligent workflow platforms.
• Establish service management and performance frameworks covering SLAs, OLAs, KPIs, dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement.
• Lead transitions, migrations, operational readiness, executive workshops, proposals, and client engagements from strategy through steady-state operations.
• Direct and develop cross-functional consulting teams while supporting practice growth, go-to-market initiatives, thought leadership, and senior client relationships.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance transformation, Global Business Services, or management consulting.
• Expertise in shared services, outsourcing, operating model design, BPO selection, contracting, transition, and performance management.
• Experience designing and improving Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash, FP&A, financial reporting, consolidation, and forecasting processes.
• Expert-level Power BI proficiency with strong knowledge of Tableau, Alteryx, SQL, ERP systems, AI, and FP&A tools.
• Advanced project and program management skills, executive communication, governance, proposal development, and senior client relationship management.

Nice to have

• CPA, CFA, PMP, or equivalent certification.
• Experience working with private equity companies and their portfolio companies.
