Salary: $130,700–$205,200 USD annually, with additional bonus and/or equity opportunities for candidates in the United States.

hirify.global is hiring for its Personal Systems Strategy team, which develops long-term vision, medium-term strategy, and short-term plans.

What you will do

• Research and analyze large, complex business strategy projects.
• Structure analytical approaches and develop project strategies, tactics, guidelines, and deliverables.
• Develop recommendations to optimize business and financial performance.
• Manage large cross-functional teams and communications to ensure timely project delivery.
• Advise business executives on strategy formulation, risk management, and growth opportunities.
• Align strategy across businesses, functions, and regions while supporting strategic planning follow-ups and accountability.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• At least 6–8 years of work experience.
• Preferably 3–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, strategic planning, or a related field.
• Effective communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
