Salary: $127,300 – $216,100 USD per year

What you will do

• Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients launching Rewards and Loyalty products.
• Consult with clients and internal partners to structure effective implementations and optimize performance.
• Troubleshoot escalated data quality and interchange problems, interfacing with Product and Operations teams.
• Lead technical activities for North America rewards solutions and resolve high-complexity issues.
• Perform business analytics and performance monitoring to ensure effective client adoption.
• Develop and improve technical documentation and support resources.

Requirements

• Must be based in the US.
• 8+ years of relevant work experience (or 5+ with a Master's degree).
• Full professional proficiency in English.
• Proven experience using Generative AI tools to improve performance and efficiency.
• Extensive experience in project management methodology for executing and delivering projects.
• Strong consultative support skills for external clients.

Nice to have

• 7+ years in an implementation support role within software or financial services.
• 4+ years of experience in the Payment Industry.
• Experience with web-based API technologies (JSON, REST/SOAP).
• Proficiency with SharePoint, JIRA, Dynamics, or Confluence.
