Senior Advisor, US Solutions Strategy and Planning

Location: Chicago, Illinois; hybrid work with in-person attendance at an assigned hirify.global office at least two days per week.

Salary: $142,500–$237,500 annual base salary, with potential eligibility for an annual bonus and other incentives.

What you will do

• Advise the SVP of US Solutions on organizational priorities, strategic initiatives, and business outcomes.
• Lead multi-year business planning, operating priorities, execution tracking, and executive-level initiatives.
• Create executive presentations, business reviews, leadership updates, and strategic recommendations.
• Coordinate executive forums, planning cycles, governance processes, and cross-functional business reviews.
• Drive KPI tracking, portfolio visibility, financial and operational reporting, and executive insights.
• Lead special projects involving organizational effectiveness, business transformation, product portfolios, operations, and growth.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, business operations, chief of staff, program management, product strategy, transformation, or related strategic leadership functions.
• Experience supporting executive-level priorities and producing executive-facing presentations, communications, business reviews, and recommendations.
• Experience leading cross-functional initiatives in highly matrixed organizations and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
• Strong project management, organizational leadership, business planning, and business writing skills.
• Advanced Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Excel skills, including executive presentations, KPI analysis, reporting, dashboards, and financial analysis.
• Must be authorized to work full time in the United States without current or future employer sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience in a leading management consulting or strategy consulting environment.
• Experience with product strategy, portfolio management, organizational effectiveness, or business transformation.
• Experience facilitating executive meetings, leadership forums, and governance processes.
• MBA or another advanced business-related degree.
