TL;DR
Provider Success Manager (AI): Building provider adoption and retention for Counterpart Assistant across primary care practices with an accent on healthcare relationship management, workflow implementation, and value-based care. Focus on analyzing provider performance data, improving platform utilization, and supporting clinicians through frequent in-person practice engagement.

Location: Must reside in Birmingham, Alabama counties, United States, and be willing to travel to provider practices up to 5 days a week.

Salary: $107,700–$140,000 USD base salary, plus equity and performance-based bonus opportunities.

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of primary care provider partnerships and build consultative relationships.
  • Support provider recruitment, onboarding, training, and the implementation of effective in-office workflows.
  • Drive adoption, retention, and measurable success with Counterpart Assistant.
  • Analyze provider performance metrics to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improved outcomes and platform utilization.
  • Implement best practices across different primary care practice environments.
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and operations teams to improve the platform based on provider feedback and market trends.

Requirements

  • 5–7+ years of experience in provider engagement, healthcare account management, or value-based care consulting.
  • Experience building relationships with clinicians and staff and driving operational or clinical workflow change.
  • Ability to translate operational data into performance metrics and scorecards for primary care practices.
  • Strong understanding of primary care or ambulatory care workflows, EHRs, medical billing, reimbursement models, Medicare Advantage, and risk-based payment arrangements.
  • Strong project management skills and the ability to prioritize competing initiatives.
  • Willingness to travel up to 75% of the time and work with practices in the Birmingham, Alabama area.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of value-based care, population health, or quality improvement.
  • Experience implementing value-based care tools or technology products in primary care.
  • Knowledge of Medicare insurance, wellness visits, accurate coding, Stars, and HEDIS.
