Salary: USD $63,000–$95,000 per year

What you will do

• Design underground electric transmission projects ranging from 12kV to 500kV.
• Prepare complex manual and computer-assisted design and construction drawings using industry and company standards.
• Lead the preparation of cost estimates, specifications, evaluations, and requisitions.
• Assist with engineering calculations and coordinate equipment deliveries and design development against project schedules.
• Collect on-site field data and monitor or evaluate equipment performance.
• Serve as a project coordinator on selected projects.

Requirements

• Associate's or bachelor's degree in engineering, drafting technology, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of professional experience.
• High proficiency in CAD and extensive experience with PLS-CADD underground transmission line design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
