Salary: $120,000–$155,000 per year

What you will do

• Provide relationship-based primary care at the top of the license.
• Deliver preventive care, wellness services, chronic disease management, and health education.
• Conduct routine wellness and urgent visits for patients.
• Work autonomously while collaborating through provider meetings, journal clubs, and grand rounds.
• Use clinical resources including UpToDate and RubiconMD to support care decisions.

Requirements

• Active physician assistant license and current NCCPA board certification required.
• CPR/BLS certification required at the start date.
• Independent practice provider status is strongly preferred where applicable under state guidelines.
• Federal DEA number preferred and potentially required for full prescribing ability.
• Independent family practice experience in wellness care, chronic care management, and urgent visits preferred.
