Junior ETF Business Manager (Fintech)

Location: Munich, Germany; work from centrally located offices with an opportunity to work from abroad.

What you will do

• Drive strategic and operational projects for launching, managing, and expanding the proprietary ETF product family.
• Manage relationships with ETF issuers, index providers, and financial platforms while coordinating regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate go-to-market initiatives, messaging, campaign materials, press content, and social media preparation.
• Collaborate with management, capital markets, marketing, product development, and other cross-functional teams to improve the ETF client experience.
• Oversee operational workflows, data delivery, and reporting for existing ETF products.
• Track ETF market developments and industry trends as an internal knowledge centre.

Requirements

• Interest in ETFs, capital markets, financial products, and fintech.
• Ability to coordinate strategic and operational projects across multiple teams.
• Ability to manage external partnerships and navigate regulatory requirements.
• Strong communication skills for product launches, marketing materials, press, and social media content.
• Ability to work from the Munich office and collaborate in an international environment.
