Senior Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid, London Paddington office; attendance required three days per week on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays

What you will do

• Shape product strategy, vision, roadmaps and strategic bets for the Payments & Collections tribe.
• Lead market, customer, competitor and technology analysis to identify opportunities, risks and priorities.
• Run large cross-functional discovery initiatives with clients and internal users to uncover unmet needs.
• Lead complex multi-team programmes through planning, execution, launch and continuous improvement.
• Partner with Product Marketing and go-to-market teams to drive adoption across regions, segments and use cases.
• Coach and mentor Product Managers while improving product practices, ways of working and standards.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in Product Manager or Senior Product Manager roles.
• Experience shaping product strategy and roadmaps using market research, customer insight, competitive analysis and data.
• Strong prioritisation, product judgement, analytical ability and data-informed decision-making skills.
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, including influence across multiple organisational levels.
• Leadership, mentoring and cross-functional collaboration experience.
• Experience in fintech domains such as payments, foreign exchange, transaction banking or trading is preferred.
