Senior Product Manager (AI)

Location: London. Hybrid working model with flexibility over where and when to work; work abroad is available for up to 3 months per year.

What you will do

• Create and champion a clear product vision and strategy.
• Synthesise user and business insights into structured problem statements.
• Lead discovery to understand user workflows and build confidence in product solutions.
• Align squads around outcomes, prioritise initiatives, and measure client and business impact.
• Define and manage continuous model evaluation and improvement processes.
• Communicate product strategy and complex technical or financial-market concepts to varied stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of product management experience.
• Strong interest in AI and ability to work closely with technical teams.
• Analytical and strategic thinking, with comfort using complex data for decision-making.
• Experience defining product vision around genuine customer problems.
• Collaborative leadership style, strong prioritisation, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in London.

Nice to have

• Experience in FinTech or B2B SaaS.
• Experience building products that leverage AI.
