Group Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid in London or Belgrade; candidates must have the right to work in the jurisdiction where they work.

What you will do

• Lead and develop a team of Product Managers and Senior Product Managers across multiple regions.
• Own regional product strategy, roadmaps, outcomes, and success metrics within the Send domain.
• Support licensing discovery by validating customer demand and regulatory requirements for new markets.
• Coordinate across squads and work with Engineering, Legal, Compliance, Banking Partnerships, Sales, and other stakeholders.
• Represent the Send domain in senior leadership discussions and contribute to broader product planning, hiring, and strategic decisions.
• Make prioritisation decisions across squads while balancing short-term delivery with longer-term strategic bets.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading and developing Product Managers, including regular coaching and performance feedback.
• End-to-end ownership of a product domain, including strategy, roadmap, and outcomes.
• Commercial understanding and the ability to connect product decisions with revenue, margins, and client outcomes.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services, preferably in a regulated environment.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills with Engineering, Design, Operations, and Commercial teams.
• Right to work in the applicable UK or Serbian jurisdiction is required.
