Associate Product Manager (Fintech)

Location: London, UK; hybrid work. Working from home is available on Mondays and Fridays, with office attendance on the other weekdays.

What you will do

• Drive growth and improve conversion and customer experience across the motor finance web and mobile products.
• Contribute to the product roadmap and work with Engineering to deliver prioritized initiatives.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Credit, Data Science, Finance, Operations, and Design.
• Design hypothesis-driven tests, measure outcomes, and iterate based on data.
• Use AI to build tools, automate manual workflows, and improve decision-making.
• Balance innovation, customer needs, compliance, and risk in a fast-moving fintech environment.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of experience as a Product Manager or in an adjacent role.
• Comfort using SQL or Python to query data and conduct independent analysis.
• Familiarity with AI tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, or Codex.
• Ability to take ownership, prioritize complex problems, communicate clearly, and collaborate across functions.
• Understanding of, or willingness to learn, the software development lifecycle and product processes.
• Adaptability and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
