SBA Product Business Development Officer Sr. (SBA Lending)

Location: Remote; must be based in Louisiana or Arkansas

hirify.global provides banking services, including SBA lending for eligible small businesses.

What you will do

• Self-source SBA loan opportunities and market banking services to SBA-eligible small businesses.
• Maintain client contact throughout the origination process.
• Review financial statements and supporting documentation.
• Structure SBA loan proposals, complete initial analyses, and prepare credit packages for loans typically ranging from $350K to $5MM.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws, agency guidelines, and organizational policies.

Requirements

• Must be based in Louisiana or Arkansas while working remotely.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with four years of SBA lending.
• At least five years of SBA, business, or commercial lending experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including professional grammar and demeanor.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• PC and internet proficiency.

Nice to have

• Business or Finance degree.
• SBA loan origination experience.
• Familiarity with commercial loan underwriting systems.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
