Salary: $140,781.75–$239,461.00 per year, plus potential variable incentives, bonuses, commissions, or other awards.

What you will do

• Identify and develop new client prospects across music, film, television, live events, and other entertainment segments.
• Build a deal pipeline through referrals, industry contacts, conferences, and a personally developed network.
• Partner with underwriting and portfolio teams on diligence, financial modeling, valuation, timelines, and internal approvals.
• Structure, negotiate, and document loans in line with bank policies and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with product partners to provide integrated solutions and expand revenue through cross-selling.
• Act as a trusted entertainment-industry advisor and provide market insights to clients and internal business partners.

Requirements

• Undergraduate degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience as a commercial lending relationship manager or in commercial lending sales; commercial credit experience may substitute for production experience.
• Experience in specialized industries, investment banking, leveraged finance, or capital markets.
• Expert knowledge of commercial lending credit, underwriting, and loan structuring.
• Strong financial and cash-flow analysis, negotiation, verbal communication, and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
