Maintenance Planning and Scheduler (Industrial Manufacturing)

Location: Houston, TX (TAS-Cullen HQ), United States; onsite full-time

What you will do

• Plan, organize, prioritize, and schedule preventive maintenance, repairs, and operational activities for facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate parts, tools, materials, resources, and production schedules to minimize equipment downtime and production impact.
• Monitor KPIs, deadlines, milestones, and completion dates; track progress and resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Adapt schedules to accommodate emergency work orders and communicate timelines and expectations to supervisors and directors.
• Review and prioritize maintenance work orders and support maintenance and facilities performance improvements.
• Purchase MRO supplies, equipment, tools, and spare parts; obtain vendor quotes, create purchase orders, expedite urgent orders, and verify deliveries.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in maintenance coordination, facilities, or industrial maintenance within a manufacturing environment.
• At least 3 years of maintenance scheduling and planning experience.
• Knowledge of industrial equipment, facility systems, and preventive maintenance programs.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to work independently, plan proactively, communicate effectively, and maintain professional relationships with internal and external customers.
• Good command of written and verbal English is required.

Nice to have

• At least 3 years of CMMS knowledge and experience.
• Experience in high-paced industrial manufacturing environments.
