Financial Analyst Group Reporting, Consolidation & Accounting Governance (f/m/d)

What you will do

• Ensure accurate, reliable, and timely financial reporting across the business group.
• Support monthly and quarterly consolidation and closing activities, maintaining data integrity and compliance with group standards.
• Coordinate accounting topics across international entities and help resolve complex accounting and audit matters.
• Analyze financial data and prepare management information to support business decisions.
• Collaborate with finance teams, shared services, auditors, and business stakeholders.
• Improve reporting, closing, and accounting governance processes through standardization, digitalization, and finance transformation.

Requirements

• University degree in finance, accounting, economics, business administration, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in group reporting, consolidation, financial controlling, accounting governance, or corporate finance in an international environment.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, consolidation principles, financial reporting, month-end closing, provisions, accruals, and balance sheet management.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ownership of high-quality results.
• Experience working with multiple entities, functions, and stakeholders in an international organization.
• Strong command of Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools; experience with HFM/Hyperion, Power BI, SAP BI, or similar platforms is advantageous.
