What you will do
- Support the manufacturing organization with financial analysis and operational insights.
- Develop relevant KPIs to monitor industrial performance.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on performance enhancement and cost optimization.
- Work with Operations and the production partner in Italy to support business decisions.
- Present financial information clearly to Operations and Management.
Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, or an equivalent field.
- At least 5 years of experience in Industrial Controlling or a similar role in manufacturing.
- Expertise in Industrial Finance, Standard Costing, Manufacturing Performance Analysis, Budgeting, Forecasting, and Financial Reporting.
- Excellent command of SAP, Excel, and reporting tools.
- Fluent French and English required.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
Nice to have
- Power BI experience.
- Italian language skills.
