What you will do

• Partner with Sales to perform deep discovery and quantify business value for $10M+ problems.
• Define the Minimum Viable Product (MVP), success criteria, and timelines for pilots.
• Own the product lifecycle by authoring PRDs, prioritizing engineering backlogs, and performing QA testing.
• Drive the build team via agile processes and manage stakeholder communications from C-suite to engineers.
• Manage the solution launch, capture user feedback, and iterate to ensure full adoption.
• Develop maintenance plans, customer documentation, and identify new high-value engagements.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• Proven experience in value-based scoping (TCO/ROI) and writing PRDs.
• Demonstrated ability to manage agile software projects and drive execution.
• C-suite gravitas with superb communication skills to act as a Trusted Advisor.
• Experience as a Deployment Strategist (2+ years) or in a builder/founder role at a high-growth startup.
• Ability and interest to travel up to 50%.
