Regional Senior TRICARE Community Liaison (TRICARE)

Location: Remote nationwide within the United States; candidates currently living in Puerto Rico cannot be hired. Occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $59,300–$80,900 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Manage relationships with national healthcare providers and large health systems in the TRICARE East Region.
• Assess network adequacy, provider capacity, access to care, and network gaps across the assigned territory.
• Educate providers, beneficiaries, government officials, and Medical Treatment Facility staff on TRICARE policies, regulations, and the Military Health System.
• Investigate and resolve TRICARE inquiries, complaints, and concerns from beneficiaries, providers, and government personnel.
• Support Alternative Payment Methodologies and Demonstration Pilots advancing value-based care.
• Complete documentation, transaction processing, reporting, and compliance activities accurately and on time.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business, or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in TRICARE.
• Experience with healthcare provider relations, provider management, contract negotiations, or working directly with healthcare providers.
• Experience analyzing information, researching problems, implementing solutions, and managing stakeholder relationships.
• Exceptional public-speaking, verbal, written communication, organizational, and independent-working skills.
• U.S. citizenship and successful approval for a government security clearance through NBIS are required. Candidates living in Puerto Rico are not eligible.

Nice to have

• Experience in managed care, health insurance, or a related healthcare field.
• Experience with TRICARE policies or the military healthcare delivery system.
• Experience interpreting government policies and contracts, including TRICARE, Medicare, Medicaid, or CMS requirements.
