Account Manager, Market Coalitions - Express Scripts - Hybrid

Location: St. Louis, Missouri, United States; hybrid work aligned with a Cigna/Evernorth multifunction office location. Overnight travel of up to 20% may be required.

Annual salary: $75,200–$125,300 USD, depending on experience and geographic location. Annual bonus plan eligibility is anticipated.

What you will do

• Manage day-to-day relationships with assigned Express Scripts clients, consultants, and producers.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of client benefit plans and Express Scripts product offerings.
• Coordinate benefit changes, product upsells, new groups, terminations, and escalated service issues.
• Lead internal collaboration and implementation meetings for new groups and products.
• Review operational performance against client expectations and present monthly or quarterly metrics.
• Partner with Account Directors and cross-functional teams to improve satisfaction, profitability, and retention.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field with 5–8 years of relevant experience, or a master’s degree with 3–5 years of relevant experience; alternatively, 11–14 years of experience.
• Strong verbal, written communication, presentation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing projects using established project management processes.
• Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate proactively, and resolve issues with urgency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, computers, and internet-based tools.
• For occasional or permanent home working, a cable broadband or fiber connection with at least 10 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload is required.
