What you will do

• Coordinate enterprise client onboarding, maintain onboarding checklists, and hold stakeholders accountable.
• Organize discovery calls and specialized training sessions for onboarding.
• Handle escalations and identify opportunities for process improvement.
• Create and deliver training materials, manuals, documents, and videos for internal teams and clients.
• Manage Client Experience team performance, feedback, disciplinary actions, evaluations, and improvement plans.
• Support hiring, onboarding, mentoring, scheduling, time-off approvals, and payroll timecard accuracy.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work for any employer in the United States.
• Visa sponsorship and transfer of employment visa sponsorship are not available.
• At least 15 years of relevant work experience; 18 years for full proficiency.
• Experience with manufacturer special pricing letters for enterprise clients and exposure to IT purchasing in a large environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of customer IT environments, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office, Excel formulas, and team leadership.
