Finance Manager I - Services

Location: St Louis Park, Minnesota, United States; hybrid work

Salary: $89,300–$165,800 per year, with potential eligibility for annual incentives.

What you will do

• Build the financial model for installation, preventative maintenance, and extended warranty services, including revenue models, scaling scenarios, service mix, attachment rates, and labor assumptions.
• Design bottom-up costing and profitability frameworks covering labor, vendors, travel, complexity, site-specific costs, warranty reserves, and lifecycle service costs.
• Develop service pricing models, including cost-plus, value-based, regional, multi-year service, and warranty bundle approaches.
• Partner with Sales, IT, and Sales Operations to implement service capabilities across CPQ, ERP, and Salesforce and establish scalable quote-to-cash processes.
• Build dashboards and KPIs for pipeline, bookings, revenue, margin, attachment rates, penetration, and warranty performance.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance tracking for the Service business.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in commercial finance, pricing, or business partnering roles.
• Strong experience in cost modeling, profitability analysis, pricing strategy, and developing business rationales.
• Strong financial modeling, analytical, and forecasting skills.
• Proficiency with financial planning tools, ERP systems, and Excel.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for finance and non-finance collaborators.

Nice to have

• MBA or CFA.
• Experience with service, aftermarket, or labor-driven business models.
• Experience with CPQ, ERP, and Salesforce systems.
