TL;DR
Principal Financial Analyst, GTM Expense Management (FP&A): Managing budgeting, forecasting, reporting, and cost efficiency for Sales, Rev Ops, Marketing, Customer Support/Services, and Professional Services with an accent on operating expense planning, variance analysis, and financial business partnering. Focus on building dashboards, modeling scenarios, reviewing vendor spend, and presenting expense performance and recommendations to senior GTM leadership.
Location: Remote (United States). All employees must be legally authorized to work in the US.

What you will do
- Serve as the lead finance business partner for operating expense planning and management across Sales, Revenue Operations, Marketing, Customer Support/Services, and Professional Services.
- Own annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting for GTM operating expenses, including headcount, travel and entertainment, programs, software, and third-party spend.
- Partner with department leaders to build, monitor, and adjust budgets throughout the year.
- Analyze spend trends and plan variances by function and cost center, providing actionable commentary to leadership.
- Build reporting packages and dashboards, and lead monthly and quarterly business reviews for GTM leadership.
- Drive cost-efficiency initiatives, support accounting activities related to accruals and close, and develop ad hoc models and scenarios.
Requirements
- Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills, plus strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience with financial planning systems such as OneStream, Adaptive Insights, Anaplan, or Workday Adaptive Planning, and ERP systems such as NetSuite, Oracle, or SAP.
- 6–9 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or expense and cost management.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, advise senior non-finance stakeholders, and present to VP/SVP-level leadership.
- US employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

- Experience supporting Sales, Marketing, or Customer Success/Support in a B2B SaaS or technology environment.
