Finance Manager, IT & Cybersecurity

Location: Davidson, North Carolina, United States. Hybrid schedule with onsite work Monday through Thursday; Fridays offer flexibility based on work requirements.

Annual base salary: $123,721.66–$173,004.99, plus incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Develop and oversee forecasts, risks and opportunities, annual operating plans, and long-term strategic plans for IT and Cybersecurity.
• Prepare monthly executive reporting and financial analysis for the CIO, Cybersecurity and Infrastructure leadership, and their teams.
• Build dashboards and analytical tools that identify financial issues early, visualize trends, and support corrective recommendations.
• Lead monthly financial reporting, variance analysis, business insights, and complex ad hoc analyses for executive leadership.
• Identify and implement process improvements, standardization, automation, and analytics-enabled ways of working.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders and mentor team members to support strategic alignment and professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field.
• 7+ years of accounting or financial analysis experience.
• Experience with financial reporting cycles, forecasts, budgets, and annual operating plans.
• Experience partnering with senior leadership and presenting financial results, forecasts, and opportunities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, ERP or consolidation applications such as OneStream or Oracle, and data visualization tools such as Tableau or OBI.
• Strong collaboration, communication, influencing, presentation, and change leadership skills.
