Finance Manager IC- Tech (Hybrid- Seattle, WA)

Location: Hybrid — 1600 7th Avenue, Seattle, Washington 98101, United States

Salary: $93,500–$155,000 annual, with potential performance-based incentives or bonuses.

What you will do

• Partner with Technology and Product SVP/VP leaders in weekly leadership meetings and ongoing decision-making.
• Analyze P&L performance through weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting, identifying trends and recommending actions.
• Lead monthly business reviews and in-year outlooks, communicating financial risks, opportunities, and recommendations.
• Support annual planning, scenario analysis, investment business cases, prioritization, and trade-off decisions.
• Own financial inputs, assumptions, and narratives while partnering with centralized FP&A on forecasting, consolidation, and reporting.
• Collaborate with Accounting, Tax, and Sourcing/Procurement on capitalization, expense treatment, vendors, governance, process improvement, and automation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in finance or economics.
• 8+ years of progressive experience in Finance, FP&A, or related roles.
• Experience serving as a Finance Business Partner to senior leaders, preferably in Technology, Engineering, or Product organizations.
• Strong financial planning, forecasting, analytical, executive communication, and influencing skills.
• Ability to operate effectively in a matrixed, cross-functional environment and manage ambiguity.
• Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, including experience with SmartView-enabled Excel environments; experience with Oracle-based ERP systems, SmartView, and Workday.

• Exposure to SQL, Looker, Anaplan, or Alteryx.
